This song was written by a drummer, and is dedicated to his instrument. The drum is a powerful instrument which has a long history that began in Africa. With just a drum, and a voice, we transmit the energy that makes people dance, and have a good time.
-Bailador
Coro 2: Tambor!
Coro 3: Gozo con mi tambor, Toco pa’l bailador
A la hora que me llamen, voy
Gozo con mi tambor
Oye, tamboreo yo soy
Toco pa’ bailador
Tocando pa’l bailador
Gozo con mi tambor
Oye me la gozo solo
Toco pa’l bailador
Tocando siempre a mi modo
Gozo con mi tambor
Como yo gozo, suelta el tambor

During the first UK lockdown in 2020, this album took me all the way to the Peruvian Amazon. This album's a great introduction to one of the main players of psychedelic cumbia, Amazon style. Each track's full of sunshine j j headington
I was brought here after listening to a live performance of Makaya's on you tube. I instantly loved the song Holy Lands so much that I had to see if the album version was the same rendition as the live one. Then I listened to the whole album! Universal Beings is a just a groove... It's a mix of traditional and something new, very nice. pandr1900
